It is impossible to imagine the Sicilian rural landscape without including in the picture a few prickly pear cactuses, a plant that over the years has established itself as a symbol of the much celebrated island. A plant that, growing wild, offers a fruit (the fico) protected by thorns that conceal a rich, fresh and very sweet pulp inside, just like our troubled but precious and generous Sicily.

With this model, we offer our customers the opportunity to bring a piece of the most authentic Sicily into their kitchen, through the green of the blades and the red of the island’s most representative fruits.
